When you visit our location, we strive to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Getting your services should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you and your technician.

Please know that cleanliness and sanitization have always been a big part of our commitment, and we already follow strict guidelines from local health departments. However, due to the current situation, we are increasing and adding to our current supply of cleaning and sanitizing materials to ensure our staff can clean and disinfect the spa even more thoroughly throughout the course of the day.

Our Commitment to high standards of hygiene

We are committed to the highest standards of hygiene at the Nail Pro Studio. We take every precaution to ensure that our environment is sterile to prevent virus and fungal infections or contamination. Our Technicians have been fully trained in the proper use and handling of salon products, tools, and chemical disinfectants

We Like It Clean

All nail files, buffer blocks are single use

All foot buffers, callous removing tools are single use

All gloves, waxing spatulas, examination table paper cover are single use

All tools are stainless steel, one set per client and disinfected with ACCEL HLD5
chemosterilant and high level disinfectant instrument soak after each use.

All pedicure tubs are lined with one time use liner for each client. The tubs are made out of non-porous material and disinfected with ACCEL TB surface disinfectant spray after each use.

Our ALLERGY POLICY

Apply substances on our skin carry certain inherent and possible risks of allergic reactions at anytime. Our Technicians will make every effort to help ensure you are aware of possible allergies. If you experience any discomfort within the first 24-48 hours after application, please call to have the lash extensions or nail product removed. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued.

Health and Safety for everyone

Nail Pro Studio and Spa is equipped with multiple ventilation fans to extract fine dust particles and odour. Our technician are equipped with filtered mask. If you wish to have a mask upon your visit please ensure you speak with your Technician.

Quality Products

We pride ourselves by having high-quality manicures, facials and lash extensions products. We offer organic manicure and pedicure services, such as Nu Skin, Thalgo products for our facial treatment and Miscencil for our lash extensions.
